This will save us a lot of HOSTTOOLPREFIX bullshit.

gcc: update to 6.1.0
431aad4 
- Still using gcc4-compatible libstcxx ABI (will switch for Core 4);
- Use LTO build config;
- Use build with profiled feedback;

- Drop old patches;
