If a Camel K platform is installed before Knative, the operator sets the "Kubernetes" or "OpenShift" profile on it instead of the "Knative" profile, so serverless features are disabled.

We may defer the decision and leave the profile blank. This way, we can re-evaluate the right profile at the moment of running an integration.
