This fixes some incorrect AsciiDoc attribute usage and puts the generated crd-html.adoc html file in partials so it doesn't get rendered and cause all sorts of warnings.
I'm not sure how to check the the generation of crd-html.adoc goes to the new location, although I changed the generation script in a plausible way.
