go.opentelemetry.io/otel Dependency problem

What would you like to be added:
Because of the incompatibility of the go.opentelemetry.io/otel dependency, we cannot upgrade gost to the latest version to use gxruntime to get the correct CPU Number in the container.

Why is this needed:
Waiting for etcd's new version v3.6.0 & replace the pxruntime.GetCPUNum() with gost
