Expected behavior

dataproxy creates configuration properties successfully in the docker container

image

Actual behavior

dataproxy can not create configuration properties successfully in the docker container

Steps to reproduce

1, create a inlong cluster using docker-compose
2, see the error log in dataproxy

System configuration

InLong version: x.y
