I've asked on general@incubator about the exact LICENSE text and if we should keep it as dual-licensed or not. I think it's good that we are reproducing the exact (C) text from upstream and just add the license URLs.

Conclusion from general@incubator seems to be that we need to license it as CC-SA only - but that we could add a note that it's also available as LGPL from upstream.

@ThilinaManamgoda - perhaps you could rewrite to remove the references to LGPL and their LICENSE.md (as we choose only the CC-SA license), and instead refer to something like

See upstream https://github.com/common-workflow-language/logo/ for dual licensing alternatives.

? (Not mentioning "LGPL" directly is the trick here)

Also remove "GNU Lesser General Public License" here - something like:

The Common Workflow Language Logos are (C) Copyright 2016 the Common Workflow Language Project and are distributed under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0 Unported License.
