Description

Currently innAddOrUpdTopicCtrlInfo() and innBatchAddOrUpdTopicCtrlInfo() are performed one by one, and the processing efficiency will be relatively low when multiple pieces of data are encountered. Adjust this part to implement a batch operation to improve API processing speed
