About this changeset
Management UI contains two separated solutions to fetch application configs.
In this second PR, I remove the older and less capable version and wiring in the newer AppConfigService everywhere in the application.
(Please keep in mind this is only a subset of changes belongs to Parser Aggregation UI, therefore, you not gonna be able to test the whole function through this PR alone. Because of the same reason some unit tests might failing. The purpose of this PR is to break down and support the code review process.)
