Metric Key instead of Label in Line Chart plot and legend

Bug description

In Superset Version: 3.1.0 while using the Line Chart in combination with a dataset that has its own defined metrics in the Chart the Metric Keys are displayed instead of the Label defined. This also occurs in the legend of the chart.

How to reproduce the bug

1. Go to Superset Version: 3.1.0
2. Create a Line Chart with a Dataset that includes own metrics
3. Plot
