Expected results

Running a previously saved visualization should show the results as expected.

Actual results

Results are not shown because the filters section is populated with with a number of values in error which add a series of "AND 1 != 1" to the query.

1. Have a visualization in the previous version of Superset
2. Open it in the latest version
