SUMMARY
The
smartDateDetailedFormatterused to format values in dashboard filters is not very smart, because it looks at values in isolation. This results in weird values in the dropdown:This PR introduces a new formatter that examines all the values, finds the one with the finest grain, and uses that to format all the values:
