Add a page in the wiki on what nodes are accessible from outside SLAC (pslogin, psexport), what nodes have access to the data, etc.

A page for such information has been added here: https://github.com/lcls-users/sfx/wiki/Get-started#miscellaneous-notes-about-the-psana-nodes. (Sorry, Fred -- I don't have the facts about the various nodes straight so couldn't fill it out myself, but happy to find a few minutes to fill it out together.)
