Update bar breaks design in revolt

I have not been able of reproducing this myself, but it looks like it could be an upstream bug similar (or related) to element-hq/element-web#3866

Which version of Riot are you using?

I have experienced this issue myself today when I got a notification update for Riot develop. After taking a look in the inspector (which can be enabled with the “Developer Tools” option in the preferences dialog), it looks like Revolt does not have anything to do with this. It's either an issue in WebKitGTK+, or in Riot itself (the latter is more likely, IMO).
