Add help text to default Page's and Piece's schemas

Some of these fields could stand a little help text explanation or consideration of reorganizing

Slug, Type, and Hide in Navigation are the most asked about.

Easy to do with the existing "help" property, so we just need to write something appropriate. How about: Slug: "Part of the URL of your document on the web. By default it is based on the title." ^^ above wording should maybe differ for pages (where it is usually the entire URL, although there are a few exceptions - sites with a prefix), versus pieces (definitely just part of the URL and we don't want them trying to /this/that/other/thing it up as that will just get dropped). Type: "Different page types may have different layouts, and some activate special features such as an index view of content." ^^ tried to write the above to gesture at what pieces index pages do without implying every site has, for instance, a blog, which could wig someone out if they don't have a blog Hide in Navigation: "Page will not be included in navigation that is based on the location of the page in the page tree." ^^ attempts to infer that it doesn't apply to a case like building a custom nav widget where you pick the pages yourself... without actually implying your site has those... which it doesn't, always. Conversely, some sites only have them, although there is often at least some provision for listing child pages automatically in a side nav, for which this feature is still relevant.

This is a "good first issue." Hint: see above. The schema definition you need to add this to is in the addFields option set up in lib/modules/apostrophe-doc-type-manager/index.js as well as lib/modules/apostrophe-custom-pages/index.js and lib/modules/apostrophe-pieces/index.js.
