Why do these things need to be set? GOROOT is rarely set and can be figured out via go env

GOPATH does not need to be set, but there is an option to override it. GOROOT is overridable for users of prebuilt go - prebuilt go has GOROOT set in /usr/local/go which is wrong most of the times.

So, neither GOPATH nor GOROOT are obligatory to use goaci.
