Ace is your AI teammate who converts boring tickets into pull requests, saving you time and helping you resolve issues faster.

Ace manages the entire process, from understanding the issue and creating a plan to writing code, testing it, and generating a pull request. For now, Ace works only with Python 🐍 but more languages are coming soon.

Installation

1. Install the Acebots AI app
2. Add the @acedev-ai user as a collaborator to your project or organization.

The flow is as simple as this:

1. You choose an issue to work on.
2. Then assign it to @acedev-ai.
3. Ace takes on the task and returns a spec with DoDs for you to accept.
4. You can accept the plan or iterate on it by tagging @acedev-ai in the comments.
5. Ace then writes the code, covers it with tests, and returns with a pull request for review.
6. You can comment on the pull request as usual, just make sure to always tag @acedev-ai at the beginning of each comment.

Resolving issues now takes minutes, not hours.
