This is a prototype to mirror two repositories from CDCgov (public) to CDCEnt (internal SSO) because CDCEnt can take advantage of our internal CI/CD pipeline, but CDCGov cannot due to a security vulnerability.

The idea is to mirror the code into an internal repository to run CI/CD pipelines securely.
