Smaller bugfixes - mostly visual

This PR addresses a lot of smaller fixes that are not that code-intensive but very impactful for customers:

• remove unnecessary precision in a stat card (weird percentages) Link to issue
• make gender stats in course the last option and not immediately visible (outlined in Figures Overview doc)
• add X Axis labels to our historical graphs in stat cards Link to issue
• fix alphabetical sorting in courses list Link to issue
• optimise display of suggestions in course quick selector (add more info, make it look better) Link to issue Also this outline in Figures Overview doc
• when opening single course stats, add a button to that view that takes to that course in LMS Link to issue
• improve visual style of user quickselector

Lots of stuff, I know.
