[Bug]: Unable to drop widgets to the topmost part of the canvas

Description

Drop indicators don't show up at the topmost part of the canvas above an existing section. Hard to repro on all apps

Steps To Reproduce

1. Go to application at location
2. Login using demo credentials
3. Try to drop a widget above the topmost section

@riodeuno I have assigned this to you. This happens because of these styles in the DSL. Can we simply remove the theme?

This is being closed as wont-fix for the following reasons:

1. This issue no longer exists in newer Anvil applications.
2. A systemic fix will be related to [Task]: New Anvil pages should have a different default DSL template #35208
