Description

The user suddenly gets an 503 Service Unavailable error and the instance was down.

In the logs, the following error got displayed: java.lang.IllegalStateException: creationTime key must not be null

After clearing the session from cookies and refreshing on the web it started working. But till then it was continuously throwing Internal server error.
