It's been a more than a year now. Any chance to get CUDA installed on one of the workers?

@FeodorFitsner, @pavlejosipovic, @willyd I've used a workaround for my project: every time a build starts, I download and install slimmed down version of CUDA toolkit and then build the project. The steps are outlined here: https://www.olegtarasov.me/build-cuda-projects-with-appveyor
