Database bug causing duplicate and inconsistent account details #244

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create an AV account by signing up using GitHub
  2. Log in
  3. Change user email address
  4. Unlink the GitHub account used to log in
  5. Log out
  6. Click forgot password
  7. Click password recovery link in email
  8. Create password
  9. Log in using the GitHub button instead of the newly created email and password
  10. You now have two duplicate accounts, one for the old email with GitHub login, and one for the new email and password
