UI for Classification and Nearest Neighbor Analyzers

Scope & Purpose

Adds UI for two new Analyzers:

1. Classification
2. Nearest Neighbors

This PR uses the refactored code introduced in #15385 , and so it will show a large diff with devel until that PR is merged.

Testing & Verification
