Is your feature request related to a problem?

For now the node's reward address (where the mining rewards) will be sent is the genesis of the node's transaction chain.
But we should provide a simple way for node's owner to change it to their address after the setup.

Describe the solution you'd like

We must provide a page only accessible within the node's private network.
So, only the node's owner (at least within its network) could change the reward's address.

This page should not be accessible from the external.
