Possibly creating a tab where people can see what fortify options are available, as well as their costs, in a separate Tab from briefing.

This could be implemented by parsing for the ACEX_Fortify_Presets class in description.ext. The documentation can be found here: https://ace3mod.com/wiki/frameworkx/fortify-framework.html#12-adding-custom-presets

However I propose, that this is not the right place to put this information. In my opinion it should be displayed in-game, as the names are in code and not particularly useful. At runtime a picture of the structure could be displayed (if available), providing more value to the user.

That, and there's also the default ones provided in ACE as well as other mods that can't be read this way. Reading it at runtime would be ideal, but then again you can just open up the ACE menu for it to view the options.

Not really viable for ARCHUB as the presets don't have human friendly names, and ARCHUB doesn't have access to any of the pictures.
