I currently have the files in this repo in all lowercase letters. However, using camelCase (OpenMCyclus) looks a lot more clear and appealing to me. However, I know that this can be obnoxious with file names or function names sometimes. So should we use the lowercase convention I have (almost) everything in right now, or use camelCase for files and functions?
