Using node version v0.10.26 and flatten-packages@0.1.2, when you execute "flatten-packages" you get the following error:

"env: node\r: No such file or directory"

npm is version 1.4.3

+1 getting the same error. there are no path issues, and I am running node v0.10.24 and npm v1.3.21

The file is apparently in DOS format, for whatever reason. dos2unix fixed it for me.

I was developing it on Windows. Now I use unix format to avoid this issue. Thanks
