1.9.7 to fix Ghost Driver issue

This is to continue from 1.9.6 (see #11905). Mainly it is intended to fix Ghost Driver (see #11915).

Which solution you ended up with? Include new CookieJar module or downgrade GhostDriver version?

Downgrading to 1.9.2 worked for me.
