Good question! I've actually been a bit behind on Koala and haven't taken a look at that yet. If you can point me to a link with the technical details I'll work on an update (or add some instructions on how to use the existing library to do it). Thanks!

Apologies for the late response! I hope you've figured out that Koala does support instant articles — you can use put_connection/etc with instant_articles as the connection type. Thanks for using Koala!
