Short URL generation cannot open display 404 pages

Go to Microsoft product support services and search to include " HTTP " and " 
404 " of the title.

Open "IIS help " (available on the IIS Manager ( inetmgr ) to access ), and 
then search the title as " site settings ", " general management " and " about 
custom error message " theme.
