Feature request: no window resize option

an option to make the window the exact same size as the image and make it so you can't resize past that size

You can set the initial window size based on the image size via a configuration option.
After launch, Swayimg itself does not change the window size, only user/compositor can do it.

i've seen wayland windows change size independent of compositor, and the size won't be static, it can still be resized
