Footer links should be on the right side of the logo (same hoizontal position as the top nav links) and be aligned centered on the logo.

Looks like this was taken care of at some point. I played around with the window size, but wasn't able to find an orientation where the logo was in the wrong spot. Feel free to reopen if I've missed something!!
