Ciao Matteo,
oil.js does not block any cookies. It shows a layer where the user can give their consent so that afterwards you may load non-functional technologies. You could wrap these technologies in a special tag that oil.js would load upon user consent. See also http://oil.axelspringer.com/docs/#soft-blocking-of-dom-elements
