CPC settings are reset to default when navigating between screens

When navigating between screens, the settings previously set in the CPC view are reset to whatever default is defined in the config. This may result in users inadvertently opting in to purposes they specifically wanted to opt out of.

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Go to the oiljs sandbox
2. In the default view, click 'More information'
3. In the CPC view, Opt in on some purposes
4. Click the 'back' button, and then the 'More information' button

Expected result
Advanced settings previously set should be maintained

Actual result
Advanced settings are set back to the default setting
