Diagnostic Output

This integration supports the downloading of diagnostics information. This can often help when diagnosing an issue as we can use this file in our emulator to test against your setup. All sensitive data in this download is anonymised, i.e. serial numbers, IP addresses, GPS coordinates etc.
In order to download this file do the following:
- In Settings, go to Devices & Services
- Select the 3 dots on the WiserHeat integration
- You will then see the option to Download Diagnostics
