[Bug] TBC Arena UnitID not being suggested

**What version of TellMeWhen are you using? **
9.0.8-bcc

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Create an icon with the box Who to track. Example buff/debuff icon or unit cooldown
2. Click Who to track to open the suggestion list.

What do you expect to happen? What happens instead?
For Arena to show up. Arena 1-5 I believe

This issue came up on the TMW discord, while I linked the Bug-report channel none was made (edit: until today).
Since as best as I can see the arena UnitID is valid in TBC I figured I'd post the bug.

Unfortunately, I'm unable to enter arena's on my level 1 TBC character (or on PTR).

EDIT: The person who brought this up on discord has posted his own ticket after all, so now this issue is a duplicate. SO I'll close this one.
