Describe the bug

Hello. Yesterday, I downloaded the TellMeWhen addon and played around with it a bit. At some point, it started acting up, so I decided to delete the group that came with TellMeWhen when I installed it. Now, I'm trying to create a new group, but no icons are showing up on my UI. In other words, there are no gray icons appearing that I can right-click to add spells. I've tried deleting TellMeWhen and reinstalling it, but that didn't solve the problem. I've made sure the group is enabled.
