make parameter output in .txt file in Hz and ms for user readability

also change syntax to start with 1 not 0

I am thinking about not changing this because then I can't rerun any gzips our lab has created at this point. Instead I thought I could just output another file with the hz and px conversions and not worry about changing the syntax. Thoughts?

Went ahead and just added text file with the conversions and added this to the documentation.
