Feature that enables sending messages to Kodi.
What is the current behavior? (You can also link to an open issue here)
No such functionality exists.
What is the new behavior (if this is a feature change)?
This addition will send optional startup message and advice to an active Kodi installation if the jsonrpc service is enabled.

I managed to delete this branch on my repository so re-adding!
