I've been more-or-less working with the assumption that we are using the python virtual environment.

Decide if that will be a requirement!

If it's not, we will need to review all path info and possibly provide extra flags to set them all.

The setup process currently creates the python virtual environment, installs some python packages, and puts ccm, pyactr, ACT-R, and the SBCL compiler there.

I think it's easier if we leave this as the required setup.
