Vanity issue with redis-rb 2.2.0

It looks like there's an issue using Vanity with redis-rb 2.2.0 if you specify the DB. The new driver accepts both :path and :db values. The old driver must've only accepted one or the other, or at the very least ignored :path if :db was provided. I'll send a pull request for the change I made to fix it, but I wasn't able to verify the problem on older redis-rb versions.
