Getting Error when use react-components

Step to reproduce.

1. git clone https://github.com/vlucas/universal-react-helloworld.git
2. add import {browserUtil} from 'react-components'; to ./src/client.js

3. add test.js to ./test/test.js

When try with webpack, we got following error

After some research, I think it's issue with react-components
