Display loader for the time when the list is populated

I would like to work on this issue, but can you please elaborate more.

Cool. I'd assign this issue to you. You just need to check for the complete execution of the function which populates the list while rolling the loader. Once, the execution is complete, stop rolling the loader. I have included a link which you explain what exactly I mean by that.
