@pmjones @harikt

create() has 2 possible meanings:
-- instantiate a new object
-- add a record into the database table / mongo collection

insert() has 1 possible meaning:
-- add a record into the database table / mongo collection
( it doesn't have alternative concept interference )

Any thoughts ?
