[feature] Python Wrapper for Advanced Roadmaps API

Hello,
I know that at the moment there is no official API for advanced roadmaps. However, there is still an endpoint that could be reached to create and manage the plans.

I would like to know if you are interested in community contribution of "unstable" feature? Details TBD, but we can expose those with _ prefix or behind the beta flag

or if there is a solid plan to make this official, then can you please share the timeline

I am interested in providing the following functionality:

1. Create Plan
2. Get existing Views
3. Delete View
4. Add View
5. Add Custom Field to the plan

PS that is not a silver bullet solution but at least will slightly relief the pain of 500+ users
