goals

• Settings through env vars, or cmd line.
• Consistent API adhered to specs. (which should be researched)
• Windows compatible.
• Code architecture to allow any backend for storage. (database, s3)
• SSL, easy setup with let's encrypt.
• Federated within network, multiple silo's work as one.
• Allowing for sdata redundancy when running in federated mode.
