Sorry. I won't be fixing the demo. ATutor is no longer being maintained. |
In our Faculty was installed and functioning flawlessly until a month ago.
Now there is a problem with some functionality. Namely, the problem arises
with the e-learning platform on atutor. If you are logged in as a
instructor (there are multiple instructor accounts, it works flawlessly but
with an admin account it does not open the page please for information
because they need it in their daily work. Another is if i log in with an
instructor account access to the courses is allowed but when attempting to
create a new course or similar it is automatically postponed. If i log in
with an admin account it connects but the content is not displayed, because
the administrator is active (no way to log out) it cannot log in with any
other account until the session expires. Please give me answer for this
problems. Thanks

See the ATutor documentation for info on setting up Apache etc. You will
need to setup your own webserver to run ATutor.

Sorry to hear you are having trouble. My guess, without knowing your system setup, is your webserver was upgraded recently. A newer version of PHP might cause an older version of ATutor to break. I would first start by looking into the php error log (or ask your system administrator to), then using your ATutor site until the problems you have described occur, watching for any errors messages that appear in the log, for clues. If you are not using the latest version of ATutor, you could also try reverting your webserver software to the version before the problems started occurring. When ATutor is running properly again, with the reverted webserver, upgrade ATutor to the latest version. When the upgraded ATutor is working properly, then upgrade your webserver again. Please describe your webserver setup if you need more help. |
Hi ! I'm student on Informatics and with some colleague we work on creating course in atutor but we can't work with your demo which is given in atutor page , can you please give us some trial version to work on our project ?
