I'm trying to route my Spotify out of Voicemeeter banana and to just my headset, but whenever I go to route it anywhere other than default it comes up with an error message:

Error code 0x00000002: The system cannot find the file specified. Router functionality not available.

This is happening with every programme. I've restarted my computer and nothing.

i received an error 0x00000241 windows cant verify the digital signature of this file. Router functionality not avaliable. im using W10 pls helpp
