It would be awesome to have the app save which app routes to which device so that when it is reopened we don't have to set it all over again.

That was a feature in the previous version of Audio Router. Unfortunately I had to disable it, because it was blocking some programs from starting. If you need the previous version though, here are the old download links for it:

are these versions still working properly with windows 10?

I just tried it and it seems to work ok. But The reason that I wanted to be able to save was so I could have spotify default to 2 different outputs, is this possible?
