Can you be more specific please? Between which form elements? Which browser, etc. Have you tried hitting space or using the arrow keys to see if it's actually navigating?

It works fine for me in Chrome, for what its worth.

Yeah, same here. I tested it, so it's strange that it's not working. Many times people don't see the focused state.
